Mr. Westley Constantine Cooper was born June 20, 1945 in Water Valley, Small District Parrish, St. Thomas, Jamaica. Wesley was the 6th of 10 children born to Egbert and Muriel Cooper. He completed his education in Water Valley Basic Thornton Elementary School. He later learned the Carpentry Trade.

Westley married Ms. Elvana Burke and three children were born to this union, Barbara Grant, Sharon Thomas, Nadine Whitley.

Westley migrated to the United States in the early 1970's. While in the U.S. he met and married Mary Whaley. Upon the arrival in U.S. he fathered a daughter, Natasha Cooper. He later married Gertrude Cross Cooper. He left his wife in mourning after years of marriage on December 5, 2015.

He leaves a life time of memories with his wife, Gertrude; five children: Barbara Grant, Sharon Thomas, Nadine Whitley, Natasha Cooper, Theo Jacobs; two brothers: Bernard, Robert (Herlene); two sisters: Ianthe 'Lil', Gloria 'Baby G' (Winston); seven grandchildren: Doniquia, Romario, Shamar, Laurie, Xaviar, Kadian, Michael and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
