Valentin Neriuneau Dominique (Lherisson, Derisso, Papo) was born on February 14, 1935, in Pernier, Haiti.  He was the youngest of seven children to the late Mr. Mistil Dominique and Justine Coriolan.  When he was 20 years old, he moved to Kenscoff where his worked as carpenter and farmer and had a son, Vital. In 1960, he met his future wife and three children. Sonia, Violette, and Eddy before separated for five years during which he had a daughter, Chantal. In 1971, after the death of his wife's mother, Valentin reunited with her in holy matrimony on September 11th and produced three more children, Carline, Jean Max, and Marie Carmelle.

Valentin and his wife Martina moved to the Queens, New York in 2003 then to Belle Glade Florida where they made permanent residence until his death.  He simply loved and enjoyed his children, family, and anyone else.

On January 28, 2023, at Glades rehabilitation center in Pahokee, Fl at 8:38 pm, an angel arrived in room 13 to escort a husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and uncle to be with Jesus Christ.

Cherishing his memory is his wife of over 50 years, Martina; his older sister, Estella Dominique Innocent; His eight children Vital Dominique (Marie Ella); Sonia Guillaume (Ernst), Violette Joseph (Jean Bernard), Eddy Dominique (Marie Monite), Jean Max Dominique (Anne); Carline, Chantal, et Marie Carmelle Dominique; 16 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; countless of nieces and nephews

Give him eternal rest, Lord! Let the light of your face shine upon him! May he rest in peace! Amen
