At the break of day on July 16, 2016 "There was an open gate at the end of the road. Through which each must go alone. And there in the light we cannot see, Our Father claim's his own. Beyond that gate our loved one finds happiness, peace, and rest. And there is comfort in knowing that God know best."

Saying Goodbye

Storming nights with a lot of rain.
God heard your cry and he called your name.
A little whisper in your ear saying no more pain. It hurts me to see you leave but God knows you better so you had to go. Every tear I cry thinking about you makes my heart melts because I have to say goodbye. Picturing your smile and hearing your laughter brings me peace and happiness. What a strong man you were and oh so sweet. The best father a person can ask for and also a wonderful husband. You're in God's plan. Heaven gained another angel and I lost a piece of my heart. I'm saying my final goodbye, I love you daddy and you'll always be in my heart.

Your daughter,
Theundra Butts

They Say

They say I'm sorry for you loss,
They say your heart will mend.
They say you're in a better place,
and death is not the end.

They say you're reunited with loved ones gone before. The say you'll be waiting when I walk through heaven's door. I feel their love in every word of comfort they impart, and know that each is spoken from deep within the heart.

But all the words of comfort, though kind, sincere, and true, can't take away the emptiness I'm feeling without you.

A thousand words won't bring you back, I know because I've tried. Neither will a thousand tears; I know because I've cried.

"Good night my love"
I Love You
