Talbert A. Frank was born October 28, 1935 in Lawtell, Louisiana to Hadley Frank Sr. and Armantine Roberts.

Talbert affectionately known as "Shorty" by family and friends ventured to Florida. In February 1973 he met Judy Johnson and they committed their love to each other and united as one on May 12, 1973.

On April 28, 2021 Talbert departed this earthly life. He is preceded in death by his parents Hadley Frank Sr. and Armantine Roberts; his sister: Leester (Charlie) Frontenot; brothers: Joseph L. Frank Sr., Cornelius J. (Betty) Frank, Hadley (Janella) Frank Jr.

He leaves to cherish his memories his loving and devoted wife of 48 years, Judy Frank; two daughters: Dorothy L. Porter, Karenia Frank (Nicholas) Brown; two brothers: Howard (Carolyn) Frank and John Vallian M.D.; sister: Doretha Frank; grandsons: Albert J. Tomas Jr., Melvin Cohens, Ne'kalis D. Cohens; his granddaughter: Chelsey D. Porter; six great granddaughters; one great grandson; sister-in-laws: Rose (Winford) Thomas, Betty Demery, Fannie Porter, Wonder (Samuel) Cooper; brother-in-law: Lonnie Johnson, Carl McDonald; special nieces: Laaquarius Curry, Linda Douglas, Lakedra Douglas; special cousin Anna Belle Frank and a host of other relatives and friends.
