Sheila Jackson-Hemphill was born Sunday, May 30, 1965 and rested with her heavenly father on Sunday, July 12, 2020.  Sheila (ready for the world) entered and departed this earth on a SUNDAY, the day the lord has made and for most the day we serve him.

Sheila to everyone she encountered was the life of the party and full of life.  To her family she was a great and loving person someone that you can call a sister.  The most amazing cook, generous heart, caring and loving.  Sheila was funny and loved to dance even if it's to her own music.  Life was full of fun and funny stories with lots of laughter when you were with her.  Sheila pushed herself out of her comfort zone to accomplish the tasks that's was placed before her with a job well done.  When you were sad or feeling ill Sheil was the first one to respond to your side.  Sheila was Bright, Smart and Beautiful inside and out.  Most of all in tune with the Spirit of GOD.

Sheila leave behind her husband, Columbus Hemphill, preceding in death her lovely mother, Esther Lee Butts; Shiela's father: William Jackson, Grandmother: Mary Butts (93 yrs-Grandma Jesus); two brothers: Michael "5Black" - "Mike" Jackson, Curtis "Muck Shorty" Hill; one sister-Angela "Peaches" Pringle (Adrian Pringle Sr.); one nephew: Adrian "AJ" Pringle Jr.; Three step sisters: Kim, Stacey and Linda; seven aunts: Alveta Butts, Darlene Washington (Lee), Barbara Stone, Minnie Jackson, Delores Butts, Betty Hill and Lizetta Moore, one uncle: Paul Jackson and host of cousins and friends.
