On May 17 th , 1957 in Belle Glade, Fl Sarah M. Wiggins was born to the late James and Elousie
Wiggins Sr. Sarah attended the Palm Beach County School System until the family relocated to
Okeechobee, Fl where she also attended the Okeechobee School System with her two brothers
Phillip Washington and James Wiggins Jr. who also precedes her in death. Sarah was self-
employed as she served her community throughout her life as a Cook, Child Care Worker, Hair
Stylist along with opening her home to those in need of a place to live. Sarah has always made
sure her family and friends knew that she loved them through words that will cut you like a
two-inch sword, but you knew it was with love until God called her home to rest from her
laboring to gain her reward in Heaven.
