Sandra Jean Brown was born, April 12th, 1965, The Late Clara Boone Alleyne, and Late Samuel Douglas, in Baltimore, Maryland.

She graduated from Clewiston High School (Home of the Tigers) in 1984. At the age of 49 she went on to earn her medical degree as a CNA/HHA. And would continue that field for the next 10 years.

Her spiritual journey began as a little girl, when she was baptized at Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, where she accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior. She began singing in the choir as a teen.

Her professional journey indicated many years of food service work for Crittenden County public schools.

On March 18th, 2025, Sandra Jean Brown was welcomed with open arms by her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

She leaves to cherish all her memories, 4 loving children, Shatara Dixon, Lamar Dixon, Ka'Disha Wafford, Keltin Wafford (Akquana); her beloved grandchildren: Kaliyah Dixon, Ky'Moni Dontrell Wafford, and a precious great grandson, Zi'Mier Dixon-McNeal; her Stepfather, Denzil Alleyne Sr., her friend, Harry Thomas, sisters: Brenda Boone, Kimberly James (Morris), Lillian Williams, Sonja Blenman; her brothers: John Richard Douglas (Shirlerina), Denzil Alleyne Jr. (Latoya).

Sandra Brown's life extended to her, family in spirit from Arkansas, childhood best friend: Netta Ross; Best friends: Tissue Williams, Patricia Scott and Naomi. Sandra also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Her legacy and faith will forever continue to live on in our hearts of all who knew and loved her.
