Born: October 18,1937 in Manchester Jamaica to the late Tammy Dixon & Ethline Hall.

Religion: Mr. Samuel L. Dixon became a member of the Inspirational church of God in the early 2000's joining his wife the late sister Mary Elizabeth Dixon where he served. Later became a deacon & taking up the offering and dancing was his specialty.

Occupation: Mr. Samuel never got the opportunity to finish school, as he was given up for adoption at an early age to perform Manuel work labor. At the age of twenty he met the love of his life Mary Elizabeth Dixon and decided to start an already growing family. They got marred in the year of 1968 & it was for better or worse, in sickness & in health, richer or poorer till death do them part.  Mr. Samuel was a former at heart, as they say he had a green thumb whatever he touches flourishes. His strength, perseverance, & giving spirit shall live on.

Deacon Samuel L. Dixon leaves to celebrate his life children: Lurline, Albert, Oswald, Franklin, Bobby, Clarence, and Nicole: 3 Brothers & 3 sisters, 33 grandchildren & 15 Great Grandchildren, In-laws, Nephews, Niece, church family and a host of sorrowing friends.

Farwell my family, I enjoyed my time with you. Whatever you do, don't forget God! Always remember he is the author and finisher of your faith.  So live well, love well and cherish these that are close. Now that I have won my race, see Psalm 119:133 Order my step in thy: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.
