Sadie Katherine Gunter, was born November 19, 1942 in Bayside, Virginia to the late Ira Davis and Vernice Gunter, and was raised by her grand parents, the late James and Flossie Gunter. Sadie  departed this life on March 24, 2018 in Winter Haven, Florida.

Sadie was educated in the public schools of Accomack, County, Virginia. She moved to Belle Glade, Florida at a very young age. She was employed as a agricultural work for many years.

She loved her family very much. She was loving and lived life to the fullest.

Sadie is preceded in death by her brother, Levon Gunter.

She leaves to cherish her fond memories 5 sisters: Emma (Glenn) Lyles of Baltimore, MD, Sandra (Walter) Dickerson of Mappsville, VA, Shirley (Roosevelt) Byrd of Paterson, NJ, Gail Davis of Onancock, VA, Betty (Prentice) Evans of Greenbush, VA; 1 brother: Carey (Kinsey) Davis of Springdale, MD; Children she raised, 3 sons: Timothy Frazier of Jacksonville, FL, Jonathan Davis (Valencia Bayne) of Memphis,TN / Tallahassee, FL and Fritz Joseph of Belle Glade, FL; 2 daughters: Lanisha and Latisha Paul of Winter Haven, FL; 5 grandchildren: Londyn and Jordyn Davis, Sadiah Taylor, Kevin Cox and Aaliyah Ford; special friends: Joseph Rutledge and Angela (4 kids); a special cousin: Deborah (Nathan) Smalls; a host of aunts and uncles that preceded her in death; nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends
