Rotarshia Howard, age 41 residence of Marianna, Florida where she passed away on July 8, 2019.

She was born April 23, 1978 to Charlotte Harris and Willie B McKenzie.

Rotarshia attended Glove Elementary, then enrolled to into the ARC Program. She moved to Marianna, Florida in her early teens.

She leaves to mourn her son, Jatavious Howard, her siblings: Allison Andrews (sister), Ja'mire Williams (brother), Da'main Williams (brother), Ashley Williams Banks (sister), Ernesha "Shakey" Williams (sister deceased,) Ernest Williams III (brother); grandparents: Eugene and Allie Mae Harris (deceased); aunts: Ola Lee, Springfield, MA, Lucille Clark (deceased) Jewell Russ  (deceased) Ruby Mitchell, West (deceased) Ida Mann, South Bay, FL, Gloria Harris (deceased) Jacqueline Harris, South Bay, FL, Gail Jenkins, Sarasota, FL; uncles: Ethan Harris (Helen), Belle Glade FL, Earl Harris  (Arlet), West Palm Beach FL, Rufus Harris (Lenora), South Bay, FL, Will Harris (deceased), Darren Harris (deceased) John Wesley Harris (deceased) and a host of nephews, cousins and friends.
