Roshelle Elizabeth Reeves, affectionately known as "Shelly Bright Eyes", was the youngest of six children of Mr. Horace Reeves and the youngest of three children born to Mrs. Ilene Reeves. She was a radiant soul whose beauty and warmth touched everyone she met.

Roshelle began her early childhood education at The Lord's Place in Pahokee, Florida, before attending Pahokee Elementary and later Pahokee Middle Senior High School, where she graduated. She went on to further her studies at Palm Beach State College.

With a strong work ethic and a giving heart, Roshelle explored many career paths. She served as a security officer at the Correctional Institute in Pahokee and later found her true calling as a teacher's assistant with the Palm Beach County School District at Lincoln Elementary School in Riviera Beach, Florida. She deeply loved her work and the children whose lives she touched each day.

Roshelle was a devoted daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and loyal friend. She lived a life of selflessness and joy, always giving of herself to others. Her presence was a light in the lives of her family and friends. Though her journey has ended, her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved her.

Roshelle peacefully passed away at St. Mary's Medical Center on August 23, 2025.

She leaves to cherish her memory her loving parents, Ilene and Horatio Reeves; siblings: Rohan Jones, Rodney Morris, Kaydine Reeves, Georgia Reeves Manning, Ewan Reeves, Tafari Reeves, and Horatio Reeves; aunt: Marjorie Brown; godmother: Thelma; godfather: Cavin Vasciana; nephews: Rodney Morris Jr., Rashawn Morris, Jordan Mendez, Orient Manning Jr., Javon Reeves, Dewan Reeves, and Rashard Reeves; niece: Gabriella Jones; grandniece: Neviah Morris; special cousins: Vennetirce Holmes, Jalisa Kinlocke, Johnkeria Kinlocke, and Janet Lopez; along with a host of other sorrowing cousins, relatives, and dear friends.

Roshelle, our beloved "Bright Eyes", we love you and will miss you dearly. Sleep and take your rest, until we meet again.
