Was born on February 21, 1998, in Naples, Florida to Tonica Belle & Ronnie Turner Sr.

Lil Toby was raised in Clewiston, Fl where he received his high school certificate at Clewiston High School. He wanted to pursue a career in welding! He also loved the game of basketball, music, dancing, joking, and aggravating people! He was a "Sherm Jit" as his brother would tease him. Lol…

He received his wings January 2, 2024.

He leaves in his precious memory his mother Tonica Belle, his 'go to' person, his confidant, his everything, and father Ronnie Turner Sr., whom he loved dearly. He also has (3) beautiful children: Avah Elise Turner, Rylo Maleek Turner, Ezekai Ace Turner. (4) siblings: Rayquan Turner, (Kellie Turner), Rhaniquiana Belle, Endia Turner, and LaRonte Turner (deceased).

He left behind a loving Grandfather whom adored the ground he walked on, the one who was there when he entered this world, Tommy Wayne Belle Sr. and his Grandmother who he proceeded in LIFE, Mary Ann Scott (deceased)

He left behind his "ROCK" and his " STRENGTH, Grandmother Cheryl Carter and his Grandfather whom he admired deeply and went to for WISDOM & GUIDANCE, Wilbert Carter.
