Rodney Jermaine Wilkerson was born February 17, 1979 in Pahokee, Florida to Hattie Ann Roberts and the late Robert L. Wilkerson.

Rodney also known as "Big Dawg" to family and friends attended Gove Elementary, Lake Shore Middle School, and Glades Central Community High School.

On December 25, 2019 Rodney departed his earthly life.

Rodney is preceded in death by his father; one sister: Ruthia; his grandparents: Ada Williams, Ellen Young, Lendel Wilkerson and George Young; two aunts: Doris Sims and Willie Bell Kalip; one uncle: Shelly Strother; two nieces: JoeRhonda and Tasha;

Rodney leaves to cherish his loving memories the love of his life: Kia Crawford of 19 years; one daughter: Rodnisha Singleton; one son: Jonorrius Wilkerson; five sisters: Cynthia Ward (Curnell Sr.) of Albany, GA; Tameria Strawder (Roy) of Belle Glade, FL, Angela Dixon (Revell) of Royal Palm Beach, FL, Ruthia Wilkerson (deceased), Robin Wilkerson of Belle Glade, FL; two brothers: Ronnie Wilkerson and Reginald Wilkerson (Glenda) both of Belle Glade, FL; two aunts: Fannie Robinson of Belle Glade, FL and Marie Strother; one uncle: Lester Strother (Martha); thirteen nephews: Curnell Jr. (Alicia), X'Xavier (Lashonda), William, Zitavious, Antwon (Stacy), Revell Jr., Marquivious, Charltavion, Robert, Reginald, Roderick, Ronnie Jr., Ta'Norris; eleven nieces: Shakeisha, Juantasha, Antionett, IraShameka, Revellia, Donshekia, Carltoneisha (Desmond), Car'Tiera, Ashley, Tangela and Ra'Niyah; a special aunt: Cassandra Harrell; Rodney's best friends: Eddie "Big E" Brown and Alphonso Woodson and a host of great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
