Precious O'Mere Talib Simms was born on the beautiful day of August 21, 2021 to Odexter L. Simms, Jr. and Sharla J. Bynes at Wellington Regional Medical Center in Royal Palm Beach, FL.

Tiny O'Mere was a joyful and funny baby who was born at just 1 pound and 9 ounces.  O'Mere moved from his Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) on November 16, 2021 to start his little life outside of the hospital walls.

At such a young age, O'Mere had shown that he was a premature fighter and warrior from birth.  O'Mere's delivery was special in more ways than normal.  His delivery was what is called in the medical field a "Mermaid's Birth", which only occurs in 1 of every 80,000 babies born in the world.  His delivery was so extraordinary that his delivery team stopped to take pictures of him inside of his intact amniotic sac.  He was delivered fully out of the womb in a bubble.  They took pictures of the event to use for teaching in medical classrooms as well as teaching upcoming doctors.  Because O'Mere's birth was so rare, other physicians in the hospital were summoned to come and see the miraculous birth.  Most doctors have never seen O'Mere's type of birth and may never see his type of birth throughout their entire career.

O'Mere entered what his grandmother Sheila coined as, "Premieegarten" at Fortin Family Daycare Center in South Bay, FL where they showed him love and gave him support to grow bigger and stronger.  He then started school at VIPKids, Inc. in Loxahatchee, FL which is a center for medically fragile children.  There O'Mere had his own personal Certified Registered Nurses to attend to his medical needs while providing love and care in the absence of his mother.

After his many doctor appointments and several hospital stays, O'Mere made his final transition in the arms of his loving, devoted, and dedicated parents at Nicklaus Children's Hospital in Miami, FL.

There is where God decided that O'Mere Talib Simms had accomplished his life's goals.  Surrounded by both sets of his grandparents to support his parents, he answered his call and crossed over into his new life.

O'Mere has left his heartfelt love behind with his father and mother, Odexter L. Simms, Jr. and Sharla J. Bynes; seven brothers, Odexter Simms, III, Martavion Simms, Malik Simms, Kerry Simms, Amoni Nero, Orion Simms, Ouri Simms; one sister, Za'Niiyah Simms.  Grandparents of his father, Odexter Simms, Sr. and Tyeka Maraj; Grandparents of his mother, Arthur and Sheila Bynes; a special Aunt, Shayla Bynes; Great-grandparents, a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
