On October 13, 1943, Martha Ann Mincey was born in Dublin, Georgia, to the late Luevirda Mincey and Otha Lee Mincey. She was the first of eleven children, a role that reflected her nurturing spirit and strong family ties throughout her life.

Martha Ann attended and graduated from the local schools in her community. She was known for her warm and caring heart, her priceless smile, and her genuine love for people—especially children. She found joy in playing cards, fishing, and spending cherished time with her family.

Her foray into the workforce included farm work.

On October 5, 1965, she married Willie James Lee, who preceded her in death. Her cherished memories of this union include her son, Timothy Mincey (West Palm Beach)

On December 25, 2025, Martha Ann peacefully entered eternal rest. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, her brother William Mincey, and her sister Bessie Mincey.

Left to cherish Martha's precious memories are her Sisters: Doris, Clara, Lizzie, Judy (Walter), Bobby Neil (Albert Alphonso), Mary, Sebrena (Bernard); Brother: Jerome Barnes (Sharonlynn), and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
