Obituary

Marquinita L. Elliott was born on July 15, 1983 in Belle Glade, FL to the parents of John Elliott Sr and the late Rosetta Elliott. After the death of her mother, Nita became the adopted daughter to her aunt and uncle, Cynthia and George Graham Jr.

Nita moved to Clewiston with her family at the age of ten, but she spent most of her childhood growing up in South Bay, FL. Nita received her education through the Palm Beach County School System, where she attended Glades Central High School and graduated in class of 2003.

Nita enjoyed spending time with her family, from cook outs on the weekends to joking and laughing with family and friends under "The Tree" at her grandmother's house. She always had a smile on her face and became a friend to everyone she met. She was known by many to have a bubbly and joyful personality.

Nita was first introduced to Jehovah by her mother Rosetta, and throughout her childhood she would have studies and attend the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness. Although she wasn't consistent, she always had a love for Jehovah. In her later days she made the decision to continue her studies up until the day of her death.
