Louise Mann was born on December 14, 1958 to Julia Mann in Belle Glade, Florida.

Louise was raised in South Bay, Florida, where she attended Rosenwald Elementary School, Lake Shore Middle, and Glade Central Community High School. She graduated with the class of 1976.

She stayed in West Palm Beach from 1990 – 2015, where she worked at Palm West High as a cafeteria worker. She resided in Douglas, Georgia, until she was called to her heavenly home on Thursday, March 4, 2021, where she is now with her heavenly family who preceded her in death: her mother, Julia M. Mann; grandmother: Emma Lu Mann; her granddaughter, Brielle Brown; aunts: Frankie Walker, Ola Haynes; uncles: Zale Mann, Robert Mann; close cousins: Sharleen Dixon,  Lorenzo Mann, Eric Mann, and god sister, Latonya Polk.

She leaves many to cherish her memories and legacy 3 children: Latoya Mann (Memphis, TN), Exxavious (Jill) Silver (Boynton Beach, FL), Chaquieshya (Gregory) Brown (Douglas, GA); 7 grandchildren: Latory Bennett (Memphis, TN), Lorenzo Castro (West Palm Beach, FL), Brodrick Burse IV, (Memphis, TN), Christopher Hunt (Memphis, TN), Kayden Silvers (Douglas, GA), Nivea Brown (Douglas, GA), Emeralda Castro (West Palm Beach, FL); 5 siblings: Rockie Mann (Glensfalls, NY), Anthony (Claudia) Mann (West Palm Beach, FL), Gerald (Gloria) Mann (Ft. Pierce, FL), Sonja (Joe) Banks (Statesville, GA), Anthony B. Mann (Memphis, TN); 2 aunts: Rosa M.
