Obituary

Lonnie McFadden III was born on October 25, 1995, in Pahokee, Florida, to Laurie Ann Bailey and Lonnie McFadden Jr., who both preceded him in death, along with his brothers Quintin Bailey and Lon'Quinten McFadden, and his uncle Kilroy Bailey.

Affectionately known as "Bookey," Lonnie grew up in Pahokee under the loving guidance of his grandparents, Barbara Jean and Thomas Chambers. He was educated through the Palm Beach County School District and proudly graduated with the Pahokee High School Class of 2015.

Lonnie enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was known for his fun-loving spirit, big heart, and infectious energy. He worked hard, played harder, and could always be found around the stove showing everyone how to "throw down" in the kitchen.

His cherished memories will forever remain in the hearts of his loving grandparents, Barbara Jean and Thomas Chambers; his devoted aunts Barbara (Charles) Cunningham, Dorothy Ann Bailey, Cynthia Buckley, Edwina Harden, and Sylvia McFadden— and a host of many more; his uncles Ronnie McFadden and Carlyle "Alton" Nelson.

He is also remembered by his great-aunts Joann (Devon) Morrison and Estella (Malcolm) Johnson; his great-uncle Thomas (Gail) Johnson; his special cousin Octavian Bailey; and a host of many more cousins from the Bailey, Hill, and McFadden families.

Lonnie's memory will also be cherished by his special friends Dria Brown, Dana Williamson, Nancy Blackmon, Sonia King, and James Palmer. Considering the type of person that Bookey was, there are countless more loving family members and friends whose lives he touched in unforgettable ways.
