Linda Rivera Smith was born April 5, 1954 to Lillian Mae Smith and George Murry.

Linda was raised in North Hampton County, Virginia and later moved to Belle Glade, FL, where she raised her 5 children and 1 niece. Linda worked many years as an Insurance and Leasing Agent. She also did social work for many agencies. Linda had a caring heart and extend herself in life to care for those she loved in sickness and in health.  At the ailing of her mother, Linda left her work to care for her. She proceeded with this same care for her father and brother John F. Smith.

Linda is proceeded in death by her parents Lillian Mae Smith, George Murry, brother; John F. Smith, granddaughter; Jasmine Wilson, sisters; Eleanor Burton, Dorothy Sewell and Jackie Inman.

Linda leaves to cherish her memories 6 daughters; Shannon Smith, Pamela Wyatt, Tammy Thomas, Brandy Smith, Brittney Smith, and Cherish Ukuaghe, 16 grandchildren; Dae'Jon Smith, Douglas Wyatt, Justin Wyatt, Chelsea Thomas, Bianca Shannon, Nylah Jackson, Brandon Allander, Brandon Woods, Briana Jackson, Ariel Smith, Aaron Tilman, Kalin Jackson, Kaila Jackson, Neiah Smith, and Journi Dyer, two sisters; Maria Mitchell, Doreica McCall, Special Friend; Monica Smith, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
