Obituary

Leonard Allen Jr. was born  December 3, 1945 in Boliver, Mississippi, to Leonard Allen Sr. and Daisy Hatlie Allen. He was the tenth of twelve children.

He moved to Florida at the age of 3 and was raised by his aunt Della Curry. Leonard received his education in the Palm Beach County School System. He was a farm worker before becoming a mechanic with Ford Motor Company. After leaving Ford he was a self-employed mechanic and co-owner of Allen Trucking.

Leonard leaves behind his wife Annette Williams Allen, children: Tonja (James), Katina (Alonzo), Leonard III (Essence), Ant'won (preceeded in death), Yolanda, Yashica, Kamoni Sr., La'Tia, Jeima. Grandchildren: Jaquay, Jikiya, James II, Alonshanae, Alondria, Victaveon, Z', La'Vonda, Roneisha, Robert, Kah'Lani, Kamoni Jr., Corey Jr., Jaclyn, Leonard IV, A'monee, Kamari, Jillissa, Laiyln, Demari, Grant, Dominique, and Ryan. 17 great grandchildren, God daughter: Melinda Freeman, Godson Kenneth McDonald. Along with a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
