Mr. Jaul Dewayne Mosley lovingly called Wayne was the youngest son that was born to the late Mr. R.E. and Mrs. Ruby Mosley Cobia on June 28, 1977 at Glades General Hospital in Belle Glade, Florida.

Wayne received his education through Palm Beach County School System. After graduating Wayne begin to invest in his idea of being self employed by opening a commercial airline detailing service which he worked until he suffered sudden illness. Wayne dedicated his life to God before God called him home.

Wayne leaves to cherished memories with his one daughter, Miss. Destiny Lumpkin- Mosley of South Bay, FL; one son: Mr. Jual D. Mosley, Jr. of West Palm Beach, FL; his grandmother: Mrs. Beatrice Jones of Belle Glade, FL; four brothers: Bishop Ray (Toni) Cobia of Cincinnati, OH. Mr. Frederick Cobia of West Palm Beach, FL, Mr. Santonia (Romanda) Cobia of Belle Glade, FL, Mr. Leslie Mosley of Belle Glade, FL; a special niece who was reared as a sister, Keyaria Cobia of Tallahassee, FL; Mr. Mosley also leaves a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends to cherish his memories.
