Janie Tamika Williams, 39, was born on May 25, 1981 at Everglades Memorial Hospital in Pahokee, Florida. Janie leaves behind her loving mother Mavis Williams to join her beloved and missed father Leroy "Art" Williams (deceased);

Janie grew up in Belle Glade, Florida where she attended Glade View Elementary School, Christian Day School, Glades Central High School, and the School of Choice where she graduated with the Class of 2000. She continued her education at Palm Beach Community College. Janie was well known her infectious smile and keen sense of humor. Janie was adventurous and unafraid. She loved Friday night football, rollercoasters, county fairs, and entertaining. Janie was an excellent swimmer who loved going to for swims at Lake Lytal Pool. She enjoyed singing and even played the saxophone in high school.  Janie would eventually relocate to Boca Raton Florida, where she started in her profession as a security guard. Janie worked for a variety of prestige country clubs in Boca Raton including Broken Sound Country Club. She was an avid reader and enjoyed visiting used bookstores to find her favorite authors and exchange those books she loved so others could enjoy them as she did. Janie was a talented writer who aspired to publish her own memoirs.  She loved art, but she especially enjoyed coloring in coloring books! She spent her pass time watching television and coloring hundreds of pages creating beautiful images that came to life on the pages.

Often the first to laugh at he own jokes, Janie had a great sense of humor and was witty. She also had a razor sharp tongue, but was quick to forgive and forget. She loved God and was grateful for her close family. Janie was kind-hearted, loving and courageous in her battle. Her resilience, ability to endurance and strength was beyond incredible to witness.

Janie leaves behind her children, Tamika Robinson (Boca Raton, FL) and Kahlyel Adams (West Palm Beach, FL); grandchildren: Leroy Robert Williams II, Dominic Lenot, and Ava Lenot; Her mother: Mavis Williams; step-father: Barrington Wright (Clewiston, FL); Her Brothers: Norman C. Randall (Belle Glade, FL), Deron A. Rainford (Greenacres, FL), and Ernie Daley (Dakeisha Roberson-Daley) (Port Saint Lucie, FL); her sisters: Kia Tamara Williams (West Palm Beach, FL), Olivia Ladson (Cocoa Beach), FL, Karen Rainford (West Palm Beach, FL) and Patricia Randall (Kenneth Pinnock) (West Palm Beach, FL) and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Family members who preceded her in death include her father Leroy "Art Williams, her brother Vernon "Ian" S. Rainford,  her nephew Ernie Daley Jr., and the love of her life Nathanial Adam
