James Henry Wright (Biscuit), son of the late Elease Smalls and Webb Wright Sr. was born July 28, 1958, in Bamberg County. He departed this life on October 6, 2024.

James attended the4 public schools of Bamberg Ehrhardt High School, Bamberg, S.C where he graduated and went to Denmark Technical College to receive his degree in Automotive Mechanic.

At an early age he attended Rizer Chapel United Methodist Church, Erhardt, SC., where he became a lay speaker, until he moved to Okeechobee, FL.

James was known for his love of repairing cars and he was good at it. People who knew him well called him "Biscuit".

He leaves to cherish his fond memories… One son, Tenelius Gamer; grandchildren: Tenelia Gamer, Raylen Smith, Jalene Smith.

He was preceded in death by his sister Erlease Wright. Brothers: Webb Wright Jr. of Columbia, SC, Bradley (Cathy) Wright of Greer, SC, Willie Smith Jr. of Vero Beach, FL and Soloman Smith of Columbia, SC; sisters: Deloria Ryles of Columbia, SC, and Betty Ann Wright of Ehrhardt, SC. One aunt: Adrene Wright of Ehrhardt, SC. Special nieces, Deanna Wright, and Donsha Grant, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
