Jacqueline Lashurn Tate was born February 5, 1958 to Albert Tate and the late Mary Catherine Tate in Columbus, Georgia.
Jacqueline known to family and friends as "Jackie" accepted Christ into her life at an early age at New Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in Sandcut, Florida under the leadership of W.C. Crumity and later Reverend John H. Barrett.
Jackie was educated in the Palm Beach County School System where she attended Pahokee High School Class of 1977.
