On January 31, 1976 a handsome baby boy was born to the late Lillie Mae Dennis and Horace R. Williams in Belle Glade, Florida.

Horace received his formal education through Palm Beach County School District. He was loving, fun, and a people person. Horace always cheered up anyone he came in contact with. He really had a heart for people. Horace enjoyed spending quality time with family and friends.

On March 22, 2021 the angels escorted Horace O. Williams "Ice Cream Man" home to glory.
