Frank David Moore, Jr., affectionately known as "Lil Bo," was born on February 7, 2001, at Glades General Hospital in Belle Glade, Florida, to Frank and Jaquita Moore. He was the second oldest of eight siblings.

Lil Bo was a rare individual—kind-hearted, generous, and deeply protective of his family. Above all, he was a respectful young man with an abundance of love to give to anyone he could.

God needed more seeds for His flower garden, so He decided to pluck Frank Jr.'s flower and add him to the "Garden of Love" after 24 beautiful years on September 23, 2025.

Frank Jr. leaves to cherish his memory his loving parents, Frank and Jaquita Moore; siblings Frankecia, Montavious, Frantasia, Fran'Dayah, Fran'Nyiah, Frankita, and Frankayla; nieces and nephews Sa'Niyah Tucker, Rhylee and Reign Jackson, Hayden Moravia, and Amoura Ivy; and grandparents Jackie Harris and Sylvia Cineus.

He also leaves behind his beloved aunts and uncles, Vantorrdo Roker, Calvina Thompson, and Monique Moore.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Johnny Frost, paternal grandfather Frank Moore, and aunt Shenyette "Spank" Moore.

Frank Jr. shared special bonds with his favorite cousins Clayteria Davis, Lapassioneria Moore, and Jo'Rhondalyn "Wild" McDonald; his best friends Cliften "Cliff" Walker Jr., Nakevious "Kebo" Boldin, Randolph "Ran" Jackson, and Damien "Dane" Spear; his godmother Iysha Green; godbrother Justin ("Baby Jay"); and a special friend, Denisha.

Frank Jr. also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends who will forever cherish his memory.
