Felecia's Life Summary
"The passing of our beloved Felecia, has brought us together today. We gather not to mourn, but to celebrate and rejoice because Felecia has lived a life that speaks for her"
Felecia Lynette (Burse) Fuller was born on December 5, 1966 in Miami: To the parents of James Spear and Deatrice Burse. Felecia's educational endeavors were achieved in the Miami Dade County public School System Elementary, Middle, and was a graduate of Miami Northwestern Sr. High. Felecia exuded a spirit of warmth to all that she met. She was a firm believer in the almighty God exemplifying unconditional love, and applied the true meaning of giving through knowing the word of God.
Seeking a slower pace of life for her children and herself, she relocated to South Bay. Here she met Jan Fuller, and they became one united in marriage.
Felecia going back to further her education at the University of Phoenix, where she graduated May 31, 2014 with her Associates degree in health care administration, later Felecia began to study for her bachelor's degree in human services, even during her sickness. Felecia was employed by the School District of Palm Beach County as a substitute teacher. Felecia's pride was her Leviticus Temple of praise family. Felecia was a faithful member serving on many ministries of the church, where needed. Most important Felecia was a Christian and a one hundred percent supporter of Leviticus Temple of Praise. Felecia fought a good fight until her body was too weak and tired and she could no longer fight the battle. On December 19, 2015, Felecia slipped into a peaceful sleep departing this life to awaken In the presence of the Our Savior.
Felecia leaves to rejoice and cherish her loving memory, a devoted husband Jan Fuller, and her precious and loving children.

13 Grand Children

Brothers: Rontail Burse, Marquis (Christy) Burse, Broderick (Nancy) Burse, Terrance (Antoinette) Spear, Cornelius (Tina) Spear, James (Christina) Spear, (2 brothers preceded in death, Donelle Spear, Chavies Burse) Sisters: Siara (Jason) Scott, Teresa Spear, Patrice Paulk, Jollivette Spear, Elishia joseph Smith.
Aunts: Beatrice Burse, Kathy (Joey) Nesbitt, Thelma Dudley, Jessie Spear Jackson, 2 great aunt and host of cousins, Nieces, Nephews and friends and family along with the Leviticus Temple of Praise family, Felecia K. Hines Pastor
