On August 2, 1976 Expavious Ceon Mills was born in Pahokee, FL to Pearline Ferguson and the late Cleveland Mills Sr. Expavious (Man) affectionately known as "Spade" spent his early childhood in Pahokee, FL and became a resident of Fort Pierce, FL in 1988. He attended Job Corps of Kentucky where he earned his certification in Carpentry. He made a living as an entrepreneur owning/operating detailing and landscaping businesses. He was a believer of God and accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior. Spade is preceded in death by his father Cleveland Mills Sr., maternal grandmother: Mae Farnell, paternal grandparents: Willie and Susie Mills, siblings: William Allen Jr, Jessica Ferguson, Vaznique Allen, Christopher Allen and several aunts and uncles.

Children: Expavious Mills Jr., Montavious Mills, Malik Mills, Cortez Mills, Taiyhun Mills, Tae'vion Johnson, Alexious Mills, Mychala Mills, Andre Mills, Ariel Mills, Promise Mills, Rashawn Mills, Majesti Mills, and Dayshia Mills. Grandchildren: Rayna and Sage Mills, Sisters: Tonya (Lindsey) Major, Trenis Warren-Noel (Merrill), Toenyka Starks- all of Okeechobee FL., Shamira Allen of Tampa FL, Cynthia Mills, Marilyn Mills-Baker and  Lisa Mills-McDoneld- all of GA, brothers: Terry Allen of Ft. Pierce, FL. and Cleveland Mills Jr. of GA., aunts: Mildred (Eddie) Peterson, Martha Morgan- all of Okeechobee FL. and Betty Sue Williams of GA., great aunts: Ruby Starks, Bonnie (Leopold) Sterling and Alma (Ray) Wells- all of Pahokee FL., and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
