Evelyn Shirley was born October 4, 1952  to the late Ms. Bobbie L. Fuller and Mr. Henry Mills.

Evelyn was employed at Treehouse Learning Center as a teacher since March 16, 2012. She loved teaching children.

On April 9, 2017 Evelyn transitioned from a life of labor to eternal rest. She is preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Precious L. Walker.

Evelyn is survived by her son, Kevie D. Walker Sr. (Cassandra); stepmother: Pauline Allen; brothers: Anthony Fuller, Craig Robertson, William Fuller, Larry Fuller, Alphonso L. Bynes, Benny L. Bynes Sr., Slyvester Joseph; sisters: Martha Rutledge, Janice Tolbert, Teresa A. Bynes, Betty A. Bynes, Cynthia A. Bynes; one granddaughter: Precious L. "P2" Walker; four grandsons: Kevie Walker Jr., Kevin Walker, Ke'Tavious Walker, Kevious Walker; 9 additional grandchildren; one great granddaughter: Ke'Yumi D. Walker; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
