Mother Estella Cohens was born on October 10, 1934, to the late Margaret Maxwell and Berry Washington.

Estella was the wife of the late Eddie Lee Cohens Sr. through this union they were blessed with 7 children.

Estella work history includes South Bay Growers (Laborer & Bus Driver), Booker T. Washington School (Food Service), Tri-County Senior Service (Home Maker), Glades County Sheriff Dept. (Food Service).

Estella life interests includes attending church, reading her bible, singing gospel songs, eating Popeyes chicken and making the best kool-aid in town. Her favorite saying was "Fine thanks to the Lord"! Momma will be missed….

On April 12, 2024, Estella Cohens was called home to eternal rest. Estella was preceded in death by her husband Eddie L. Cohens Sr. Brother, Judge Ware, and son Eddie L. Cohens Jr. (Jerome).

Estella leaves to cherish her memory: Sons Cassie (Charleszetta), Milton, Melvin (Henrica), Wayne Reese (Special Son); Daughters: Wanda (Felton), Laneather, Beautine and Shanara (Special Grand Daughter); Sister-in-law: Luvenia Hudson; Brother: Jerry Washington; Grandchildren: Tasha, Erica, Tunisia, Chanda, LaWanda, Felton Jr. (Elise), Milton Jr., Barrion (Grace), Darrion (Elizabeth), Melvin, Kenton, Ja'veon-Caregiver, Ne'Kalis, Lexy, Courteney-Cohl, Mason; She also leaves a host of great grands, great-great grands; Nieces & Nephews: Vaneatha Crawford (Joe), Judgie Ware, Otis Ware, Margarie, Shirly-Ann (deceased), and a host of extended family (New Jersey). Special Friends: Antonio Tullock, Savanna Schleuter, Eddie Cleo Brown, Tommie James Horace, Yani and Wonder-Faye Cooper.
