Emma Kate Baldwin Reeves was born March 28, 1950 in Belle Glade, Fl to the late Juanita Rivers and Robert Finney Sr.

She was educated in the local schools and completed her education at Oxford Academy.

She worked as a school bus driver for Palm Beach County Schools and worked as a store manager for Payless Shoe Source where she later retired.

On December 2, 2019 God extended His arms and called an Angel home. She was preceded in death by her husband, son, mother, father, and sister.

She leaves to cherish her memories: Sons, Rubin Baldwin, Roderick Baldwin( Lashonda) and Reginald Baldwin ; Devoted daughter: Lakieta Baldwin-King(Randy); Brother: Willie Frank Owens of Canton, Ohio, The Finney's and Rivers' Family; Special Brother: James Mayes(Delores); Sister: The Finney's and Rivers' Family; Grandsons: Robert, Rotarick, Reginald, Roderick Jr,; Granddaughters: Ronika, Ro'Shae, Rasharia, Raquia, Simone, Xavier, Janiya, Shuntika, and LaBonnie; Nephews: Ruth Lewis III(Valerie) Willie Owens, Jr., and Virgil Owens, Roman Baldwin, Roland Monroe, Russell Lewis, Ruth Lewis IV, Reuben Lewis; Nieces: Romanda Cobia( Santonia) Rochelle Baldwin, Marquita Rhames, Tabitha Owens, Gabby Owens and Gloria Parke; Cousins: Crystal Bruce, Barbara Reeves, Curlie Reeves, Lorraine Padgett, and Linda Baldwin Ellison, Purvis Nixon(Sonya), Nora Hamilton, Dorothy Corley, Joyce Williams, Shelia Ray and Glenda Jasper; God Daughters: Cynthia Harris(Ronnie) and Marta Bethea(Gary);God Son: Charlie Wilson(Tarasgela); Special Sister In-Law: Sandra Reynolds(Johnnie); Special Friends: Consuela Green, Inez Turton, Betty Jo Hill and Helene Coleman.  A host of many nieces, nephews, cousins, and sorrowful friends.
