On October 5th, 1967 a lovely baby girl was born to Jennie Mae Green (deceased) and Willie Campbell (deceased) and they named her Debra Ann Campbell. She was the fourth of five siblings.

Debra Ann was raised in South Bay, Florida. She attended schools in the Palm Beach County School District, graduating from Glades Central Community High School in 1986.

At an early age Debra Ann attended Church of All Nation under the leadership of Reverend Cobb. On the morning of April 11, 2018 God called his servant home to rest from all her labors.

Debra Ann Campbell was the proud mother of six children, she leaves to forever cherish her memories two daughters: Diana Lowery of Clewiston, FL, Shanquita Stepney of West Palm Beach, FL; four sons: Eric Campbell (deceased), Marvin Thompkins Jr. of North Carolina, Darnell Thompkins and Cody Thompkins both of Tallahassee, FL; one brother: Ezra Nee McKenzie of Tallahassee, FL; three sisters: Brenda (Willie) Thompkins of Tallahassee, FL, Cheryl (Guss) Mann of Orlando, FL, Charlotte (James) Wright of Belle Glade, FL; nine grandchildren: Eric Campbell Jr., Elysia Campbell, Bry'ana Jones, Kenneth Jones III, Kentaria Jones, Kayden Jones, Kamilla Jones, Mahari Thompkins, Aaliyah Thompkins and a host of special aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
