Daphne Crosbie Young's Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of Daphne Crosbie Young announce her passing into eternal glory on Friday, April 6, 2018.
Her life is a testament to the Glory of God as she touched the lives of everyone with her compassionate generous spirit across the world. She was a retired educator who taught generations of students within the local community.
She will be deeply missed by her family, many close friends, former students, and surviving members of the East Lake School class of 1966.
Daphne is preceded in death by her mother Seppanese Wright Crosbie and her father, Albert Winston Crosbie.
Her memory is shared by her daughter Melissa (Walt) and son Christopher Young (Canisa); brothers: Winston Crosbie (Judith); Leslie Crosbie; sisters: Claudia and Ruth Crosbie; her precious grandchildren: Christopher Young Jr., Arielle Carter, Kanajah Young, Kai Carter, Christopher Young III, Malaysia Young and a host of nieces, nephews, godchildren, and friends.
