Cynthia Delores Mann born on April 16, 1960 in Belle Glade, Florida to the Late Earlene Patrick Mann and Artis Charles Mann. Cynthia is the oldest of four sibling and mother of three children. She was educated in Desoto County School System in Arcadia, Florida. She graduated June 1978 and over the years she cultivated her friendship after she moved to the Palm Beach County .
Cynthia leaves to celebrate her life her estranged husband, Albert Patrick Briscoe, her son Daniel Jules (Jazmin Jules), Delvon Meredith ( Holly Gates), and Delvondra Briscoe. She was fortunate to have 6 grandchildren. The youngest two are Dyami Meredith and Deres Meredith. A super special nephew Gary "G" Mann . Cynthia was so in love with these three children she would do anything at the drop of hat for them. They would call for specialty food and without question she would prepare their favorite dish upon request. The four grandchildren from Daniel Jules she loved on them in their own special way with small gesture without prompting of birthday or holiday.
Siblings of Cynthia are Janice Mann- Holmes ( Mark A. Holmes) their children are Mark A. Holmes II ( Markita Holmes) and Shontia V. Holmes who resides in Tampa, Florida, Pamela Mann-Jackson ( Harold L. Jackson) and their children are Terea L. Jackson Mungal (Stephen Mungal) and Bryan L. Jackson which resides in Orlando, Florida and her baby brother (Lil Big Brother) Gary L. Mann and his child is Gary " G" Mann, II who resides in West Palm Beach, Florida.
She also leaves to mourn aunts and uncles: Aunts-Ruthie Bee Cromer, Barbara Green, Evelyn Odom, Anna Mae Mann, Anna" Tina" Barnes, Betty Barnard, Daisy Mae Harris, and Sheila Lee; Uncles- Charles Williams, Charlie Mann, Akel Clark , Kelvin Clark, and Dudley Clark.
Cynthia shall be remembered by her host of cousins and friends. Her present was known when she was around and her voice shall never be forgotten. The memories are what she left but the love is what we felt.
