In Belle Glade, Florida, On March 30, 1964, Cynthia Denise Harvey made her grand entrance into the world as the Queen of Martha Alice and Oscar Harvey Jr (deceased). Cynthia was raised in Okeechobee Center Project where the village truly raised each child. She attended Palm Beach County Schools and became the product of Glades Central Community High School's Class of 1982. As a child Cynthia and her siblings along with their mother attended Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, Raderville. Once she became an adult Cynthia Harvey rededicated her life to Christ and accepted Him as her Lord and Savior. She became a member of Miracle by Faith Revival Center in South Bay, Florida. Cynthia Worked as a Farm worker for over 21 years. In 1999 She decided to become a foster mother where she loved and cared for numerous kids. While living in Lake Worth, Cynthia began to do what she loved: cooking and catering. Cynthia became the mother of her neighborhood as she showed love to the young and old. Cynthia never met a stranger as she made friends everywhere she went.

Cynthia was called from her earthly home to her heavenly home on Monday April 11, 2022, at 11:12pm, where she joined her brother Russell Harvey, Grandparents: Willie (Irene) Daniels and Laura Grace Daniels, her brother-n-laws: Maxie Hooper and Herbert Barber.

Cynthia will be sorely missed and fondly remembered by those who share her legacy of love: Her children Olynthia Taylor, Jotavis Williams, Patrick Miller, and Savannah Harvey of Boynton Beach FL. Kizzy Harvey of West Palm Beach, FL. Extended Children: Kawanna Mann of  Belle Glade, FL, Monica Bailey of Lake Worth, FL and Vincent Barrett of Orlando, FL. Her Grandchildren Keyarra, Demarion, Brianna, Desi, Skylah, Desmond, Br'el, Deshaun, Cameron, Jotavis Jr., Kamari, Andre, and NaQuivian Her sisters: Pamela Harvey-Bethea (Willie-Lee) and Sonyette Harvey-Barber of Belle Glade, FL, Jacquelyne Hooper of South Bay, FL, Shelia Harvey-Lawrence of Wellington, FL, Lachante Harvey of West Palm Beach, FL, and Her brother: Ricky Harvey of South Bay, FL,  a special brother-n-law Gerald Lawrence of Wellington, FL. Extended brother and sister Felicia Mooney and Bobby Bellamy of Delray Beach, FL, and a Host of Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
