On June 4th, 1949 the sun rose to bless Zola Mae Jones and Charlie Robinson with a beautiful baby girl named Charlotte Dean Robinson born in Canton, Ohio. She was the oldest of 9 siblings and affectionately known as "Charlie Jean." She graduated in 1969 from Lake Shore Junior Senior High Bobcats.  After graduating she went to Job Corp, from there she started working as a Migrant Worker for many years. She then transition to the Palm Beach County School District as a bus driver for 20 years and retired in 2012.

On April 22, 2024, Charlotte Dean Robinson entered eternal rest. Ms. Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Tommie Lee Robinson, Willie Lee Robinson, and Tyrone Smith; sisters: Judith Marie Smith-Wright and Doretha Hill.

She leaves to mourn her loving children, Dorothy Jean Fitzpatrick, Jermaine Robinson Sr. (Farnisheia), Jermira Robinson and DeMario Coffie. Four sisters: Sandra Smith (Sammie), Aretha Smith, Darlene Harris, and Janice Robinson-Smith all of Belle Glade, FL; One brother: Larry James (Elene) of Dublin, Georgia; One Aunt: Rosia Smith-Nealy (Howard) of Frederick, Delaware; Charlie Dean leaves memories with her grandchildren and (15) great-grands: Natielle Burroughs, Latoya Burroughs, Tashaela Francois, Verbain Curry Jr., Jermya Robinson, Jermaine Robinson Jr., Keyshawn Jean Baptiste, Rihanna Jean Baptiste, Iyana Jean Baptiste, Larry Price, Zyon Gilbert, De'Asia Coffie; special friends: Clarisse of Royal Palm, FL, Barbara of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Irene of Belle Glade, FL. A host of loving nieces, nephews, family & friends to cherish her beautiful and happy memories.
