Charlie Nathaniel Winters "Sinbad" was born in Belle Glade, FL to the late Del Marie Sanford- Johnson and Nathaniel Jones.

In his early childhood he moved to West Palm Beach, FL where he continued his education. Charlie graduated from North Shore High School, Class of 1987.

Charlie was loved by his family and he loved them even more. Charlie enjoyed dancing, fishing, music, pawnshops, and weightlifting. He was well known for his devoted time as a Security Guard and Bouncer.

Once Charlie's health began to fail, he found a new passion for helping kids with special needs. He worked with kids for about 7 years until his health no longer allowed him.

Charlie life came to an end on January 27, 2021.  Charlie was preceded in death by his mother, Del Marie Sandford-Johnson. His sisters Maquesta Jones, his brothers Nathaniel Jones, Jr and Andrew Jones.  His grandparents, Annie and Charlie Winters, and Willie Sr. and Lille Jones and great-grandparents, Annie Lee and PD Miller.

Charlie will be forever loved and remembered by his loving wife: Christine Smith-Winters; father: Nathaniel Jones (Lillian Austin); Children: Brittney Moore, Charles Winters, Jhaila Winters and Sydney Oliver; Grandchildren: Phoenix Olive, Phyre Burton, and Cherish Winters; Step-children: Brabious and Christopher Smith and Justin Brown; Sisters: Natoria Jones-Gray (Derrick), Tonya Long, Verinia Galloway (Gerald) and Olivia Arnett; Brothers: Willie Johnson, Nathaniel Lawrence, TaRan Jackson, Bernanda Jones, Jeremy Rucker and Johnathan Rucker; Aunts: Pamela Morgan (Special Aunt & Caretaker), Mary Harrell, and Laura Odoms; Uncles: Roosevelt Jones (Carolyn) and Anthony Jones (Teresa); Favorite Cousin: Greg Davis, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends
