Charkierra was very friendly, outgoing, loving, and energetic. She was also an all-around student and athlete. Charkierra's favorite sport was track and field, she ran for both the school and in the community. She attended school at Gladeview Elementary, Cholee Lake Elementary, and Okeeheelee Middle School. Charkierra was loved and adored by many.

On February 26, 2023, Charkierra was called home when God chose her to join his army of angels.

Chakierra is survived by her mother: Shakira Harris; father: Charkevius Sledge; sisters: Ki'Sara Sledge, Charkiara Sledge, and Ki'Vyunna Sledge; one brother: Lyndell Porter; grandparents: Betty (Tom) Crawford, William Harris, Gwenetta Johnson and Charles (Bridgette) Sledge Jr.; aunts: Carleshia Lewis, Carla Lewis, Quintella Epps, Brittany Harris, La'Shaunda Harris, Charkitra Sledge, Shaqwanza Sledge, and Zana Sledge; uncles: Charles Sledge IV, Thomas Lawrence Jr., and Devonte Lawrence; Bonus father: Lyden Porter; God parents: Larry (deceased) and Yiandria Curry; special cousins: Madison Freeman, Cailey Dempsey, and Amir Gordon; God brother: Ryan Richardo; Best friends: Zar'Reya Hooper and Terriel McLemore and a host of unforgettable family and friends.
