Obituary

Calvin Raynard Phillips was born on April 14, 1991, to Randy Phillips Sr. and Patricia Ann McKinley in Pahokee, Florida. From a young age, Calvin was known for his loving, protective, and talented spirit.

Calvin attended Glades Central Community High School, where he graduated with the Class of 2009. He later pursued higher education at Palm Beach State College, working toward his AA degree. Alongside his studies, Calvin worked part-time as a construction worker. He was also a gifted musician and the CEO of his own business, "Sayless", where he shared his creativity and entrepreneurial vision.
Calvin's life was deeply rooted in love for his family.


He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Ann McKinley; grandparents, Lula Mae McKinley and Anne Pearl Phillips; brothers, Randall Phillips and Brandon Jones; aunts, Brenda Phillips, Betty Margaret Phillips, and Naomi McKinley; and uncles, Floyd Phillips, Erskine McKinley Sr., and Anthony Jill McKinley Sr.

He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife, Andrea Johnson Phillips; children, Cassidy Phillips, Adrianna Ashley, and Gregory Ashley III; father, Randy Phillips Sr. (Sarah); and siblings, Lawanda Davis (Deon), Princess Walker, Randy Phillips Jr., Taraus McKinley, Joshua Warren, Randiante Phillips, Rankeraia Phillips, Ranshara Phillips, Atavias Peterson (Robert), Jazzy Phillips, Nakisha Zambrana (Anthony), Latonya Coney, and Sharonda Coney.

He is also survived by aunts Jenny Dukes (Melvin), Jeanette Keith Smith (Tony), and Cora Keith (Sylvester); uncle Warnell Phillips; special cousins Melva Dukes and Erskine McKinley Jr.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will forever remember his light.

Calvin will be remembered as a devoted husband, loving father, supportive son, and cherished brother. His warmth, talent, and dedication to his family and community touched the lives of many. Though he has departed this life, his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
