Her Life Story

Betty Jean Jackson Lampley was born in Hollandale, MS on March 4, 1964 Samuel Hudson and Lillie Bell Jackson Lewis.
Her family moved to Florida when she was a child. Growing up in Pahokee she was a member of the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church. She received her formal education in the Palm Beach County School System where she attended Pahokee High School.
As an adult she moved her family to West Palm Beach, FL and later to Harker Heights, Texas where she would live out the rest of her days. After relocating to Texas she became a member of the True Deliverance Ministries International under the leadership of Apostle Sadallie Cole in Kileen, Texas.
She was the second oldest of six, preceded in death by her oldest brother, Barry Alfred Jackson, her parents and maternal grandmother, Mary Carter.
Precious Memories of Betty will be cherished by her family; her children, Michael A. Jones, Jr., Mikeasha A. (Johnny) Eliassaint, Ezra Jackson, Crystal N. Thomas, Synteria S. Jackson, Mitchell A. Lampley, Terrance A. Lampley, Jeremiah A. Lampley, Erick A. Lampley, Gerald A. Lampley and Latoya E. Lampley; three (3) sisters, Isabelle (Kenneth) McDonald, Patricia (Bobby) Johnson and Carolyn Jackson; brother, Earnest Carter, Jr.; three (3) Aunts, Beatrice Allen, Cathreon Sloan, Clara (George) Darden; seven (7) uncles Leroy Mayfield, Robert (Dawn) Sloan, James Sloan, Bennie Sloan, Willie Sloan, Abraham Sloan, Andrew (Corine) Sloan; twenty (20) grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
