Bertha Mae Thomas was born April 10, 1948 to the late Lizzy Mae McDuffie and the late Arthur Key.

She was resident of Belle Glade, Florida for approximately 58 years. Bertha Mae married the late JB Thomas, the union was blessed with four sons.

On February 17, 2022 Bertha Mae Thomas entered eternal rest. She is preceded in death by her husband, parents and son Robert Thomas.

Bertha Mae Thomas leaves unforgettable memories with her three loving sons: JB Thomas, Matthew Thomas, Travis Thomas (Samantha), of Belle Glade, FL; She also leaves behind two loving sisters: Lue Carnia Carridis (Lenford), Katherine Robinson (Joseph) both of West Palm Beach, FL; one brother: Pastor Arthur Key (Odessa) of Winter Spring, FL; one godson: Milton Smith of Belle Glade, FL; Bertha Mae leaves everlasting memories with her 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
