Arthur's
Brief Life Summary
Arthur Baynes began his earthly journey on December 27th 1948 in the town of Belle Glade, Florida to the late Fannie Mae Knowles and Frank Snead.
His parents and son Arthur Baynes Jr. preceded him in death. He received an education in the Palm Beach County School District, where he attended John F. Kennedy Highschool. Arthur was known for his outstanding football skills. On the football field he was known as "Rabbit" because he was a very tough linebacker and would hit you and keep running. He was also known for his weight lifting skills and would outlift anyone that he competed against.
Arthur was a very tough and strong man but he was also a gentle giant and very kind when it came to being a dad. He was a very loving father and never talked loud to his children or spanked them. In 1972 Arthur joined the late Patricia Ann Baynes in holy matrimony, this union lasted until 1995. Arthur relocated to North Carolina while there he met and married Machel Robinson Baynes until his demise.
Arthur leaves to cherish his memories: His wife, Machel Robinson Baynes; Seven (7) children: Audrey Baynes of Belle Glade, FL, Ramona Baynes Philmore (Earnest), Kalanda Baynes, Shadrach Baynes (Vernice) all of West Palm Beach, FL, Micheal Chandler of Jacksonville FL., Meshach Baynes of Pahokee, FL, and Abendego Baynes of North Carolina. Three (3) brothers: Jermone Thomas, Christopher Leonard, and Jeffrey Knowles. One (1) sister Deanine Brown (Bernie) . Twenty-One (21) grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren and a host of sorrowful relatives and friends. The best part of his day was seeing his grandchildren (Sincere) and the hardest was saying goodbye.
