Mr. Anthony Ware
"Gentle Giant"


On August 21, 1967 a baby boy named Anthony Ware was born to the late Ms. Mary "Tootsie" Jones, Mr. Charlie "Junior" Ware Jr., Adopted parents Mrs. Ruby & Mr. Eugene Dawson, in Belle Glade, Florida.

Anthony affectionately known as "The Gentle Giant" to family and friends was educated through the Palm Beach County School District. While attending Glades Central Community High School he proudly wore #75 as part of the Defensive Lineman of the Raiders Football Team and became a respective sportsman earning the title "Blue Chip Athlete". After graduating from Glades Central Community High School with the Class of 1986, Anthony attended Carson-Newman University earning an Associate Degree in Sports Medicine before transferring to UT Knoxville.

Anthony planted his roots in the rich clay soil of Nashville Tennessee and begin working with several moving & storage companies as a Professional Mover; which he loved and enjoyed doing for 20 years; before relocating to West Palm Beach and joining U & Me Moving & Storage. Anthony also loved sports and was a huge fan of the FSU Seminoles and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

On December 2, 2022 a devoted son, loving father, dedicated grandfather, big/little brother, uncle, and loyal friend passed away peacefully in his sleep. His infectious smile and deep voice will be missed.

He was preceded in death by his Mother(s): Ms. Mary "Tootsie" Jones & Mrs. Ruby Dawson. Father(s): Mr. Charlie "Junior" Ware & Mr. Eugene Dawson. Brother: Marion Ware, Aunt: Margaret Boatwright and Uncles: Charlie Jones & Milton Jones.

Mr. Anthony Ware leaves to cherish his love and fond memories to his daughter: Mayana Ware, grandsons; Ty'ren Williams & Aiden Jackson (of Nashville, TN), His siblings: Billy Joe Ware (Georgia), Gloria (John) Ware-Wilson, Corlis Ware, Darion Ware (of Belle Glade, FL) Charlie Ware (of Minnesota), Reginald Ware, Timothy Ware, LaKiesha (Artie) Linen-Neal, Leatha Starling, Charles Daniels, Stacey Daniels (of West Palm Beach, FL), Travaun Leverette (of Tallahassee, FL), A special friend: Carol Jordan, and a host of sorrowing nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
