Annie P. Walker was born on September 01, 1930 to the late Ms. Leona Gilbert in Metter, Georgia.

She was educated within the Public School System of the State of Georgia. Annie's family transitioned on the season from the states of New York and back to Florida where Mrs. Annie met and married her husband.

Annie accepted Christ at an early age and lived through out her christian experience under the leadership of the late Rev. Clarence E. Brown until her health failed her.

She met and married the late Mr. Louis Walker and unto this union five beautiful children was born. Mrs. Annie made Belle Glade, Florida her home and this is where she raised her family.

Mrs. Annie Walker know to her family and her community family as "MAMA" because she exemplified love within a bouquet of roses to everyone under the sound and direction her voice. She LOVED people.

I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: 2 Timothy 4:7  On Saturday, April 10, 2021 Annie P. Walker answered the Master's call. She is preceded in death by her husband, Louis Walker, mother, Leona Gilbert and sisters, Mrs. Mattie Richardson, Mrs. Mildred Clark-Ward and Mrs. Inez Louis.

Annie leaves to mourn and cherish her memories five children, Mrs. Katherine Thompson of Miami, FL, Ms. Ernestine Walker, Mrs. Patricia Walker-Luma and Ms. Jacqueline Walker all of Belle Glade, FL and Mr. Willie Walker of Apopka, FL; 17 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
