Andrea C. Downs departed this life on April 19, 2023 at Palms West Hospital in Loxahatchee, Florida.

Andrea was born on October 26, 1959 in Miami, Florida to the late Roderick and Monica Benson.
She attended Miami Springs Senior High School and furthered her education at Miami Dade Community High School in Miami, Florida.

Andrea was married to Minister Harrison Downs Jr. for 41 years. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church located in Miami, Florida. When Andrea relocated to Clewiston, Florida she joined Tabernacle Witness Deliverance Church under the leadership of the late founder Mother Bernice Woodard. Andrea received the baptism of the holy ghost and served faithfully.

She leaves to mourn her husband Harrison Downs Jr.; two sons: Harrison Downs III of Orlando, FL, Darnell Downs of Sandford, FL; two brothers: Roderick Benson (Joy), Alfred Benson (Saranetha); three sisters: Monica McCoy (Charles), Chantel Moore (Wallace-deceased), Gail Benson (deceased); eight grandchildren: Harrison IV, Jairee, Micah, Mesziah, Heart, De'Asiah, Darnell Jr., Ki'Lyn, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends to cherish her memories.
